Internet Business Development Specialist (part time)
Halterman's Toyota, Scion and Pre-owned Suptercenter is seeking an individual to work approximately 30 hours per week to complete our internet team.
Responsibilities include:
*Build and maintain customer relationships focusing on exceptional customer experience.
*Build and maintain customer base consistently and efficiently.
*Daily knowledge of dealership inventory.
*Obtain referrals on a weekly basis.
*Effectively follow up ona all sales leads from a variety of sources.
*Establish relationships with customers and set appointments for our dealership's sales consultants.
Qualifications:
*Verbal and written communication skills including the ability to communicate effectively and efficiently.
*Organized, multi-tasked, self motivated with the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
*Work efficiently on own on assigned tasks in a fast-paced, dynamic environment where a supperior time-management and prioritization skills are essential.
Familiarity with basic computer skills including email,Word and excel.
*Previous customer service experience helpful but not required.
